📦 DELIVERY INFORMATION
At The Ornament Shop Ireland, we guarantee prompt dispatch of all orders – however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as we rely on An Post, our trusted third-party delivery provider.
We will dispatch all Christmas orders up to Sunday 21st December - This date may change depending on An Posts delivery timeline. We will continue to send orders after this date but we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery. Please check An Post for final delivery dates.
Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking number via email on the evening of dispatch so you can monitor your parcel.

We will reopen and send all orders the week commencing January 5th, 2026
All emails and new orders will be responded to and processed starting January 5th. Please allow a few days for us to work through the holiday backlog.
🚚 SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all orders within the island of Ireland via An Post. Due to the delicate nature and lower value of our personalised products, we have discontinued international shipping to prevent damage or delivery issues beyond our control.
While we would love to serve a global customer base, your satisfaction is our top priority – and that means only offering shipping where we can ensure a reliable experience.
We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently. If your order seems delayed, please:
- Refer to your tracking code.
- Contact An Post directly for delivery updates.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by postal services.
🔁 RETURNS & PERSONALISATION POLICY
We kindly ask all customers to double-check spelling and personalisation details before submitting your order.
- Customised Items:
Once an item has been personalised, we cannot make changes or accept returns for errors made during the ordering process.
If we make a mistake, we will replace the item free of charge once the incorrect item is returned to us.
We will also reimburse standard return postage – just be sure to obtain a proof of posting (available free at your local post office).
- Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us immediately at info@theornamentshop.ie. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Non-Personalised Items:
You have the right to return any non-personalised items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage costs). Please contact us in advance to arrange the return.
