The Ornament Shop Ireland guarantees dispatch times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. As with most companies worldwide who rely on 3rd party delivery services, we can only publish the guidelines given by the courier/ An Post. We can however follow up on your behalf.
We will dispatch orders up until Wednesday the 21st and your tracking code will be forwarded to you the evening of your order dispatch.
Christmas/New Years: We are closed at 6pm on the 22nd December and will reopen on the 3rd January 2023.

Paypal: if you have chosen paypal as the method of payment, please double check your delivery address is correct on your order confirmation you will receive just after placing your order. Sometimes due to security features – paypal reverts the address back to the billing address. We can only ship to the address that comes through on your order, so please contact us and we can manually update the address if you see an error. Be quick though as we processes orders within hours at busy times of the year.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We use Fastway courier to deliver all orders within the Island of Ireland. Unfortunately due to Covid and Brexit, we have had to suspend deliveries to all other destinations. We would of course love the extra business, however we do not want to disappoint you with possible delivery issues and delays which are outside of our control. We hope next year to be able to reinstate a reliable delivery service outside of Ireland.
All orders sent via Fastway couriers (€4.95 any size order) require a postal code and contact number for the delivery address. We also offer the option of An post registered service within Ireland for €8.40.
We ship all orders promptly and you will be notified via email when your order is sent. Please be patient if your order has not arrived as quick as you would like it to, and be sure to check your tracking code and indeed with fastway if their tracking information is incomplete. We cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery by an post or courier, please do not expect us to.
Please double-check the spelling of each name before submitting your order.
We cannot rectify mistakes once they have been personalised .If we make a mistake, we will replace the ornament at no charge once the incorrect ornament has been returned to us. (We will credit your card with the appropriate postage.) We recommend that you obtain a receipt of posting (free from the post office).
If an item arrives to you in a less than perfect condition, contact us and we will en-devour to rectify the situation immediately.
If you have ordered an item that is not personalised you have the right to return the said item to us with in 7 days for a full refund (less postage costs).
