The Ornament Shop guarantees dispatch times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. As with most companies worldwide who rely on 3rd party delivery services, we can only publish the guidelines given by the courier companies.

All Orders placed after this date will dispatch in the New Year.
UK Delivery – Order by 12 noon -10th December 2020
Europe – Orders placed after the 7th of December cannot be guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We use Fastway courier to deliver all orders within the Island of Ireland and the U.K.. All orders sent via Fastway couriers require a signature and contact number for the delivery address. We also offer the option of An post registered service within Ireland. Please contact us for a quote.
We ship all orders promptly and you will be notified via email when your order is sent. Please be patient if your order has not arrived as quick as you would like it to, and be sure to check your tracking code and indeed with the courier company if their tracking information is incomplete. We cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery by an post or courier, please do not expect us to.
For European orders we use GLS. We will forward the tracking code to you once your order has been shipped. In the event you have a query regarding delivery abroad, it is your responsibility to follow up with GLS. They do not give us any additional information apart from what is shown on their website. From personal experience, it appears that the tracking information is only as accurate as the receiving countries tracking service provides. The cut off dates shown are simply guidelines, they are not guaranteed dates for delivery. Unfortunately, once sent we have no control over delivery.
Please double-check the spelling of each name before submitting your order.
We cannot rectify mistakes once they have been personalised .If we make a mistake, we will replace the ornament at no charge once the incorrect ornament has been returned to us. (We will credit your card with the appropriate postage.) We recommend that you obtain a receipt of posting (free from the post office).
If an item arrives to you in a less than perfect condition, contact us and we will en-devour to rectify the situation immediately.
If you have ordered an item that is not personalised you have the right to return the said item to us with in 7 days for a full refund (less postage costs).
